The prices within this website supersede all previous price lists.

The law of South Africa shall apply to this Agreement irrespective of the place of delivery.

 

Delivery Charges

The quoted amount on placing the order will be added to the invoice.

Delivery Times

Subject to stock availability, orders will be despatched within three working days. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Our delivery times are 3-5 working days to central areas within South Africa. For outlying and remote areas within South Africa, 7-9 working days will be applicable depending on the delivery address. Delivery times during sale season are 7-10 working days for all regions. We strive to deliver on time as promised. However, things do happen beyond our control and therefore we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within this time frame. Delivery times outside of South Africa will be given to you once a quotation has been accepted on the applicable costs.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

Please note that the prices shown are VAT inclusive.

 

Duties and Taxes

Any duties or taxes payable on purchase of Durban Scuba products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s).

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Pay U store card. Alternatively we do accept bank transfers. Please contact us for further details.

Returns

 

For products with 50% and more discount there will be no refunds, exchanges or returns.

If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect in any way, please return the item to us within 10 days and we will arrange for a complete refund or a replacement according to your own wishes. Should you wish to discuss any aspect of your order, please telephone our customer service department or e-mail us at comedive@durbanscuba.co.za for an immediate response to your query. All claims for non-delivery or other queries should be made to us within 21 working days from us receiving your order.

 

Guarantee     

If you are not totally satisfied we offer a full 100% money back guarantee. The goods must be returned to Durban Scuba within 10 days in the condition they were received. Refer to our contact page for more information.

Acceptance of these Terms will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
